Inspired by the Makoko Village in Lagos, Nigeria, the story centers around Lulu, a little girl who lives with her parents in a fisherman's village built on water. She has always dreamed of riding on a Pirogue for the first time, but for this to happen, Lulu will have to practice a good amount of patience!
