Reading a book is like having a companion, a welcoming habit. Just like watching a good movie with the images created by my mind’s imagination. Reading a book is like entering a secret door that leads to a different dimension to which only I have access. It is an easy way to travel into the mind of the writer and to live among the characters. Reading improves our knowledge and inspires us to explore new ideas book by book and title by title.
Whether it is a history book or just enjoying a novel in any genre, reading is a gateway to discovering new things, learning anything and everything, as well as staying entertained. It nourishes our minds and feeds our curiosities.
I’ve just finished reading a novel called Small Country (Petit Pays) by the author Gael Faye. A captivating story that conveys the desire for peace and freedom. Once again, i was able to live among the characters through the mind of the writer.
