Thursday was an amazing day! I had my very first book launch event, for my fourth children's book here in Dakar! The event turned out much better than I had anticipated and the support from every guest was overwhelming. Many friendly and smiling faces showed up and we all had fun.
I am truly greatful to the beautiful people that came to celebrate with me, and it gladdens my heart to know that everyone loved the book. From the radiant smiles of the ladies to the sparkles in the eyes of each child, which further emphasized my book's title. What a splendid afternoon it was!
Oh, and everyone who attended the event got a signed copy for their little darlings!
